I Palestine -The international platform of NGOs working for Palestine, an independent non-profit organization that is primarily concerned with Palestinian civil society and non-governmental organizations, institutions, and any other entity that provides support to the Palestinian civil society, the platform work is not confined to a specific field or geographic boundary.

I Palestine is seeking for qualified candidate to fulfill Public Relations Officer position, specialized in managing all social media sites.


  • A Bachelor degree in Media or other related field.
  • Excellent English and Arabic written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of social media marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  •  knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Deep  knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques.
  • knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.”
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.


  • Manages I Palestine social media channels, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant sites, includes blogging,  managing regular posts and responding to followers.
  • Create creative content that reflect I Palestine mission and goal by customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and develop supporting offline collateral.
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on I Palestine website, and encourages audience participation on shared posts.
  • Develop social media management strategy.
  • Assists with large campaigns, events and managing it through social media.
  • Reporting and analyzing audience information and visits on social media.Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction.
  • Monitor reviews on social media and respond to each review.
